- Free Recruitment Service: Established recruitment service – specific to the construction industry. No fees attached. Guaranteed clients are fully and semi skilled in many trade areas from grounds people through to management status.
- Put together Job Descriptions: Working together with the Employer we ensure that the right client matches the job specification.
- Advice & Guidance (Employment Law & Recruitment): Keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation. CIS, H&S, HR and any other advice & guidance that fall’s under recruitment regulations.
- Advertise & Source: Free advertisement is part of the service, we will advertise to ensure that people are targeted via the use of Internet, Jobcentre Plus and other outreach agencies
- Pre-screen CV’s & Interview clients: Applicants are sifted, pre-screened by the recruitment team before consideration of forwarding recommended applicants to the company.
- Interview arrangements – slots and venue of Company interviews: Facilitating the interview time and dates, also can arrange interview venue at offices if required.
