Where do you go from here?
As soon as you have a job vacancy, contact the Think Local Construction team. Once we have identified your requirements, we will immediately search the Construction Trades Database for suitable candidates. At the same time, we will distribute details of your requirements to over 20 partner organisations to ensure that we identify as many suitable candidates as possible - all within 48 hours! Think Local Construction will then provide you with details of short-listed candidates and subject to your approval, arrange convenient interviews. This will ensure that everyone you will see will have the necessary skills and training for the jobs on offer - saving you time and money.
What if you have difficulty finding the right person?
Our aim is to find you the right person quickly and efficiently. However, if after 14 days you are experiencing difficulties selecting a candidate from those presented, an experienced Think Local Construction Adviser will help review your account and decide the best way to proceed.
