Think Local Construction is a free service provided by Sandwell Council for placing permanent and temporary local staff with suitable employers in the construction industry.Think Local places more than 80 young people into work-based training and over 200 semi-skilled and skilled workers into employment each year.
Think Local Construction covers Sandwell, Black Country and West Birmingham, and works with over 400 registered companies.
